Hayaty Diaries presents Hayaty Diaries & Company, a two-day pop-up exhibition and dining experience in Paris that brought together contemporary art, fine-dining, and community. Co-hosted with The Blind Owl and in collaboration with Taher Select, the event celebrated artists from the region while creating space for dialogue and connection across creative disciplines.
The pop-up exhibition featured works by Paris-based contemporary artists Hayfa Algwaiz, Zahra Holm, and Deniz Bedir. United by a shared investigation of form, the exhibition explored how structure, body, surface, and material are constructed and deconstructed through distinct artistic practices.
Hayfa Algwaiz draws from architectural memory, referencing the windows and portals of her childhood home in Saudi Arabia. Her work approaches form as both structure and remembrance—rooted in place, permanence, and belonging. Zahra Holm examines form through the human body, deconstructing the female figure into abstract, poetic fragments that challenge conventional representation. Deniz Bedir works with concrete on wooden panels, transforming flat surfaces into textured, dimensional planes where form emerges through the physical interaction between material and surface.
At the center of Hayaty Diaries & Company was an intimate, custom-designed dinner bringing together curators, gallerists, writers, and figures from art, fashion, and film. Curated by Chef Brenden, the menu mirrored the exhibition’s conceptual framework, translating ideas of form and deconstruction into a culinary experience.
